Times are tough, but this Covid crisis has brought us together in ways we never dreamed. As we wait for the events world to open back up, we though this would be a great opportunity to share some vendor love with what some of our wonderful vendors have been up to.

Today we wanted to share some vendor love with one of our favorite photographer teams, Garrett and Kellie with Photography G.

A word from Garrett and Kellie

“With most events on the calendar having to postpone we have been busy helping clients to painlessly transition to a new date. We know how stressful planning a wedding is in the best of times, so we sure have empathy for what you are going through having to do much of it all over again!

To keep the cameras from getting dusty or rusty, a highlight of being a photographer during “Stay/Safe at Home”, has been doing a number of donated sessions. These were helping to promote and support individuals and organizations helping the needy (such as food drives and food banks) as well as a wonderful day where a local church had volunteer families deliver coffee and donuts to EVERY fire station in Denver! It was a great gesture to the very, very, first responders in most cases, who arrive on the scene not only for new COVID emergencies but still have to do all their normal calls in the midst of a pandemic. It was so great to see the smiles on the faces of the firefighters and also the innocent wonder of the children getting to see inside fire stations and firetrucks and get a better handle on what these brave folks are on call for, 24/7.

We were thrilled to be able to give back to our community with our time, talent and keepsake photos for the families. Rays of joy in dark times that will be unique pieces of history one day. Hoping this is indeed, ONE and only one, for the history books and photo albums. ~ Garrett & Kellie”

A word from Lionscrest

We know many of couples have had to postpone their weddings to a later date in 2020 or even move to 2021. It has been both heart breaking for the couples and vendors to plan these special days over and over again. Finally some good news… thanks to the herculean efforts of the Colorado Event Alliance and vendors across the state we can now proudly announce that as of June 18th we are now allowed to begin hosting weddings again.

Guidelines for the event procedures have been sent to our 2020 couples as of this last week. We are getting our team back up to full steam as we ready for the first events back later this month.

For more details on moving forward with your wedding or if you are looking to book an event, please reach out to us or visit our website to schedule a tour.
