I have read and agree to the LCM Vendor Change Policies included below

1. I/we, the client, are responsible for all communication with vendors that are booked for the event.  LCM will not contact and/or notify vendors on your behalf.

2. If my/our selected/hired vendors arrive early or leave late (outside of designated arrival and departure hours), I/we will be invoiced for the additional time.

3. When I/we select a new vendor, I/we will provide LCM with the following; a) Company Name, b) Contact Name, c) Contact Email, and d) Contact Phone Number within 7 days of booking the vendor.

4. I/we understand this request confirms the aforementioned change(s).  Any necessary adjustments to documents will be made by Lionscrest and may take up to 60 days to fully complete.
