The Essential Wedding Package offers couples a simplified inclusive package for 50 people. This includes the Venue, Catering, Cake and Entertainment for the ceremony and reception. This package is offered for any Off Season dates (November thru April). If booking 120 days in advance or less, this package is available for any remaining date.

The following items are included:

Lionscrest Manor

  • Two-hours of setup and preparation time.
  • Event time three hours.
  • One hour of cleanup time.
  • Rehearsal/Drop-Off time of one hour on Wednesday evening or Friday morning (8:00a.m., 9:00a.m. or 10:00a.m.) the week of the wedding based on availability.
  • Details Meeting with your chosen Greens Point Catering Event Designer & LCM Supervisor (held approximately six weeks before the wedding).
  • Rehearsal/Event Supervisor and Parking/Event Staff.
  • Basic Dishes: Two Plates: Dinner & Dessert; Flatware: Knife, Spoon & Two Forks (Dinner & Dessert).
  • Glassware: Included At The Table: Two Preset Glass (Water & Champagne Flute). Included at Bar: Wine, Pilsner, Rocks, Champagne Flute, Highball & Coffee Cups.
  • Ice & Sodas: Unlimited Ice & Sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, 7Up, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer & Ginger Ale.
  • White folding chairs for indoor use & white resin chairs for outdoor use.
  • Base Linens For All Guest Tables, Buffet, Service, Guest Book, Gift, Ceremony, Cake, DJ, 6 cocktail tables & place card table.
  • An individual online planning account.
  • Decor: One Included Lionscrest Upgrade ($100 value); $150 Towards Lighting & Fabric Options; Use of Lionscrest Arch and/or Shepherd Hooks.

Catering Package By Greens Point Catering

  • Includes tasting for two.
  • Meal: Choose from one of three menus (see Greens Point for options).
  • Staff: Event Designer, Bartender & Waitstaff.

Entertainment (Choose One)

  • Pure Sounds Productions DJ
    • Includes Professional Sound System for ceremony & reception music.
    • One Cordless Microphone.
    • DJ to handle all of your event needs.
  • Ceremony Musicians
    • Three hours of live music by Lyric Ensemble covering the ceremony & reception. Duo for $400 or Trio for $700 (This portion if selected would be in addition to the package price). Please visit their websites or contact them directly for a custom proposal.
