Venue Package

Our Venue package allows you to book the facility and then book all of your vendors on your own.

All Venue events include for 100 guests:

Two-hours of set-up and preparation time.

Event time (see package times below).

One hour of clean-up time.

Rehearsal time of one hour on the Wednesday the week of your wedding.

Walk-thru session with your chosen Approved Caterer & LCM Supervisor

Resin chairs for ceremony

Basic Dishes: Dinner, & Dessert, Flatware: Knife, Spoon, Forks (Dinner & Dessert), & water glass at table

Beverages & Glassware -Unlimited at the Bar - Glasses: Wine, Pilsner, Rocks, Champagne, Highball & Coffee Cups. Unlimited Ice & Sodas.

Base Linens All Guest Tables, Buffet & Service, Guest Book, Gift, Ceremony, Cake, DJ, 5 cocktail tables, & place card table

Your own personal For The Event account

Rehearsal/Event Supervisor and Parking/Event Staff

Our Peak Season is June, July and August. Weddings can be held at the following times:

Evenings - Event of 4 hours from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Afternoons - Event of 4 hours from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
All Day - Any 6 hours

Our Mid Season is May and September. Weddings can be held at the following times:

All Day Mid-Season - Any 5 hours

Our Off Season is October thru April. Weddings can be held at the following times:

All Day Off-Season - Any 5 hours

Additional hours for set up and event time may be purchased based on availability.
